Life and Death Preface

Except for the pronouns, I think this is exactly the same as in Twilight. No joke.

I’D NEVER GIVEN MUCH THOUGHT TO DYING—

You need to have a life first.

THOUGH I’D HAD REASON enough in the last few months—but even if I had, I wouldn’t have imagined it like this.

"I never thought I'd die in an official fanfic that nobody in the world actually wanted!"

I stared across the long room, into the dark eyes of the hunter, and she looked pleasantly back at me.

Oooo, see that? In the original book the hunter was a guy, but this time, it's a WOMAN! SUCH A CHANGE!

But, terrified as I was, I couldn’t bring myself to regret the decision. When life offers you a dream so far beyond any of your expectations, it’s not reasonable to grieve when it comes to an end.

Dear Stephenie Meyer,
No man has ever thought that way. Ever. Most women don't either.
Sincerely,
The World.
